This is the branding I did for a local music review column for The Pitch. I wanted it to have a DIY look to match the feel of the local music scene in Kansas City. I overlayed the logo, the yellow hue, and some dusty texture on about 10 different photos that they will cycle through and use for each new article. Overall, I love this grungy, yet laid back and fun feel the brand gives off, and the response has been great.
